Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Ewasmane,  The Natural hairline Professional. 

I specialise in creating natural-looking wigs, giving you a flawless, realistic hairline as much as is possible. 

 

Please take a moment to read through the information below.

 

Location: I am based in Lichfield, WS14 🩶

 

Please Note: 

•Please book your appointment with a minimum of 1-2 weeks in advance of the scheduled date of the appointment so that there is enough time for precustomisation.

•If there are no dates or times listed, it means I am currently fully booked. However if you have an urgent need for an appointment, feel free to send me a message💕

•A £20 deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be credited towards your total

•Once your deposit is paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details

•Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel, but you’re welcome to reschedule your appointment once within the month of your initial booking

 

Drops offs

•For all hair installations, pls ensure your unit  is dropped off/mailed to me 1-2 weeks in advance of your scheduled appointment 

•Any units dropped off less than one week before your appointment will incur a £30 late fee.

•Please make sure your hair is labeled with your full name, appointment type and appointment date 🩶

 

Timing and presentation

•To ensure we maintain the highest quality of service for all our clients, punctuality is key— so please arrive on time for your appointment. 

•We do not charge a late fee for the first 15 minutes. A £10 fee will be added for time up to 30 minutes. In all circumstances you will need to communicate with me regarding any lateness but I do appreciate you respect my time and leave a message or call if you’re running late 

•If you’re more than 30minutes late, your appointment could be canceled, direct communication will be required.

•Could you please come alone to your appointment as we cannot accommodate additional guests.

•I do not accept clients under 18 years old

 

 

Let’s talk hair:

•Ewasmane offers the best hair you will find in all the industry for all clients, and you’re welcome to order directly from us for your styling appointment. If you’d like us to provide the hair, please place your order through our website in advance so we can have your pieces prepped and ready for your appointment. Feel free to call us if you have any questions!

•We offer bundles, ready-made wigs, lace closures, and frontals in a range of textures and lengths to suit your style.

•Please Note: All sales are final once orders have been placed and processed. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds.

•If you choose not to purchase hair from us, please ensure that you provide only raw or virgin hair.

•Please invest in a good lace if you want that clean install finish💕

 

Preparation for your appointment

•Please arrive to your appointment with clean and already conrow’d hair free of oils, serums and any additional products as this may interfere with our products and could cause you heat damage

 

Additional:

•Free parking is available at the front of the building 

•Please arrive with enough time to ensure you’re comfortably settled in.

•Please inform us prior about any ADD-ONs as we may not be able to accommodate certain requests on the day.
