Our install appointments fill up fast, so please book 1–2 weeks in advance to allow time for pre-customisation.
Here’s how to book:
Choose your date & pay a £20 deposit — this secures your slot and will be deducted from your final payment.
Watch for your confirmation email — it includes all the details you’ll need.
Need it sooner? If your desired date isn’t available, send me a quick message — I’ll try my best to fit you in.
Please note: Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel. You can reschedule once within the same month of your original booking.
Get Ready for the Perfect Install
To make sure your install is flawless and your appointment runs smoothly:
Drop off or post your wig 1–2 weeks before your appointment. Late drop-offs (under 7 days) incur a £30 fee.
Label your wig clearly with your full name, appointment type, and date.
Arrive with clean, cornrowed hair free from oils, serums, or products.
Let me know about any add-ons in advance — last-minute requests may not always be possible.
A Relaxed, One-to-One Session Just for You
Your appointment is all about you — your comfort, your style, and your confidence.
Arrive on time so we have the full session to work our magic.
A short delay (up to 15 mins) is fine. After that:
15–30 mins late = £10 fee
30+ mins late = may need to reschedule (please call/message).
No extra guests — this keeps the space calm and focused.
18+ clients only — so I can give my full attention without distraction.

I work only with premium-quality hair so your install looks natural and lasts.
You can:
Order bundles, ready-made wigs, lace closures & frontals in various textures and lengths directly from my website.
Bring your own hair (raw or virgin only) — just make sure it’s in top condition.
